Hello and welcome! My name is Ashley, and like so many of you, I love traveling whenever I have the opportunity! Most of all, I love traveling to alternative, said-to-be-haunted, historical, and unique places around the U.S. and the world. This guide serves as a way for me to share some of my favorite places with others who have similar interests. Since you’re here (Hello!) that’s probably you!
I have personally visited all of the cities listed in this travel guide, and have even lived in a few of them! I grew up in New York, just a thirty minute drive from Manhattan, and twenty minutes from Sleepy Hollow. I’ve even had the pleasure of living in Sleepy Hollow and NYC for a year each, and spent three years living in Seattle (highly recommend!)
My hope for this travel guide is that it can help you plan your trip to one of these places, (or heck-all of them!) and that it inspires you to travel and experience new places, new people, and new perspectives.
